Finding your
design, kindly

Meet Danielle: designer, developer & founder of Finding Design

I've been building websites since I was a teenager, teaching myself HTML on the family computer late into the evening. In 2020, I turned that passion into a business. Over the past 6 years, I've worked with more than 100 clients across a huge range of industries, designing and developing Shopify stores and Squarespace websites that go far beyond a template.

A website isn't just something that should look good to me. It needs to work for your business, feel effortless to use and turn visitors into clients, and that's the standard I hold every project to, whatever the size or platform.

Every project follows the same structured process from our first conversation through to launch, so you always know what stage we're at and what happens next. No guesswork and no chasing for updates. It's one of the things clients tell me they value most about working with me.

What to expect

Chic, thoughtful design paired with clean Shopify or Squarespace development.

A clear process, mapped out from day one, so you always know what's happening next.

Communication that's honest and kind, never buried in jargon.

Missed deadlines.

A website you outgrow within a year.

A site that looks good but doesn't actually perform.

I believe in...

Design that's built to work.

Every choice serves your business goals, not just how the site looks.

A clear, structured process.

You'll always know what to expect, from our first call through to launch day, whether we're building on Shopify or Squarespace.

Real partnership.

You know your business. I know how to build and develop for it, and together, that's how the best sites happen.

Ways to work together

  • Shopify design and development

Selling products online should feel easy, and with a premium Shopify store behind you, it is. We start by designing a store that fits your business properly, then I build it using careful design, custom code and a fair amount of creative problem solving. The result is a Shopify store that helps you launch or grow with confidence.

  • Squarespace design

When you're selling services to clients, your website has one job: grab attention and hold it. A custom Squarespace site does exactly that. I build using custom code and advanced features, then hand it over with proper support so managing it afterward feels simple rather than technical.

    Your bespoke website

  • Website in a week

Your new website, without the months of back and forth. This is a focused intensive for business owners who are ready to stop putting off their website, and want a polished, professional site to send people to within days rather than months.

  • Development for designers

You've designed a beautiful website. Now it needs a developer who can bring it to life without losing any of the detail. I partner with designers who want to stay focused on the creative work while I handle the build, whether that's a Shopify store or a Squarespace site, with clear communication throughout and real care taken over every detail.
